Ham, mushroom and spinach breakfast hash perfect for baby led weaning.

Need some breakfast inspiration for baby led weaning? Look no further than this breakfast potato hash for something a little outside of the box this weekend!

Breakfast hash has got to be one of my all-time favourite breakfasts. Luckily, it has been a firm favourite with Reuben since a young age, so I’ve got an excuse to make it all the time! One of the things that I LOVE about hash is how versatile is it. You can literally throw whatever you want into a hash…. I opted for potato, mushroom, spinach, onion and garlic for this one.

If you haven’t already got one then I’d highly recommend getting yourself a cast iron skillet. Before moving onto cast iron I made my way through several (and I mean several) non-stick frying pans, including expensive ones. Unfortunately, they never seemed to last the test of time. Cast iron does not have that problem – love after your cast iron pan and it will look after you for the rest of your life.
